Accelerated Nursing Programs in Maine

You may want to get some quick educational requirements in the health field of registered nurses to have an opportunity to make good money without having to go to college again for many years.

The accelerated BSN class schedule at the University of Maine takes 15 months to complete, assuming you have gotten your prerequisites out of the way and be accepted. The students begin in May. The application deadline is October 1.
The accelerated BSN at the University of Maine at Fort Kent is called “STARS” according to their website. Early admission consideration is available. I noticed that this was an accelerated three year bachelor degree. Please check directly for the non related bachelor degree accelerated option.

Some of these programs in the US are offered with a week night option for those that cannot go any other time. You may need to apply for the FAFSA pell grant to help you pay for the costs as it can be quite pricey, costing up to $35k or more. In your home state it will always be cheaper to attend.
Consider looking at the nearest states to Maine for the program first if you have lived in Maine all your life and you really don’t want to be far from home. Also, consider the job availability throughout your state. If you are in a fairly isolated area, you may need to work in a big city.
